The daycare called me because Victor has a temperature of 103. A hospital visit is probably in the near future, that's too high for comfort, but I'll give it until Caity gets home and can watch Anna.

When I picked Anna up from daycare, she was tired, so she decided to make herself a little bed for a nap... in the snowbank.
Meanwhile, Victor created a droid factory.
"My name is Anna, and I approve this supper."
"My name is Victor, and I refuse to even look up long enough to acknowledge the existence of other people while I eat this supper."
I had a meeting in the evening as the kids were going to bed, and so I changed into a more business-like shirt. Anna followed me up to the attic and found some shoes that were in a pile to be passed onto others in the clothing chain. I'm not sure these shoes are going to be passed on any time soon. And I'm also not sure what this at-attention-with-eyes-closed pose is all about, but she sure liked doing it.
When I picked Anna up from daycare, she was in the midst of creating a treasure map. So of course we had to follow the map to find the treasure! It turned out that the treasure was a little stone in one of the snow banks in the dog park.

Anna came to me in the morning and asked me if I wanted to be on the Pink Team. Apparently sitting on this mat means you're on the Pink Team. That mat is the perfect size for two 5-year-olds to sit... not so much a 5-year-old and an adult. But she was entertained nonetheless.
Since it was such a nice day, I decided we needed to get outside, and since I psychologically can't just "take a walk" but need to actually have a destination, we went to the Subway that's about a kilometre away for lunch. The journey turned into a running snowball fight all the way there, and since that was so much fun we did it all the way back too.

Anna was really tired and made herself a bed on the trampoline. Despite her strong philosophical objections to sleeping, Lily decided that since Anna was sleeping it'd be ok for her too.
Victor and Anna decided to have a beach volleyball match before breakfast and swimming.
Anna had decided that she loves fried bell peppers, so as I was making fajita fixings she kept coming back for more. Is it better to fry a bell pepper so she'll eat it, or have her not eat any bell peppers at all? She loves the fried onions too.

Anna has chosen to be a droideka, although she calls it a "spider car", the name she and Victor invented when they didn't know what it was actually called. She refuses to change into any other character, except when they both need to pull switches which the droideka can't do.
